Use permit for TPP Ugljevik 3 Housing Campus

The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Civil Engineering and Ecology of Republic of Serbian made a Decision on the issuing of a use permit for the construction of residential, commercial buildings and supporting facilities within the campus of the thermal power plant Ugljevik 3 in Ugljevik to the investor Comsar Energy Republika Srpska Ltd, Banja Luka.

Comsar Energy Republika Srpska provided all the necessary approvals and permits required for the issuance of the Decision, such as: building permits, water permits, the decision on the electricity approval for residential premises and supporting facilities of the campus, the decision on approval for connection to the municipal water supply network, confirmation of the completed geodetic survey of utility equipment, a certificate on the performed geodetic survey of the building, final reports of supervisory authorities and statements of contractors.

The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Civil Engineering and Ecology of Republic of Srpska entrusted the inspection of the works to the public institution "Institute for testing materials and structures" of the Republic of Srpska, Banja Luka, after which a Commission for the technical inspection of the works was appointed. It produced a Report which found that the works were performed according to investment-technical documentation and the issuing of the use and occupancy permit to the investor for the relevant buildings can be done.
  
All works on the construction of the campus have been entrusted to local businesses such as Enikon-gradnja Ltd Zvornik, Integral inzenjering Jsc Laktasi, Bijeljina put Jsc Bijeljina, Instel Ltd Bijeljina, Termo prom Ltd Bijeljina, Telrad Ltd Bijeljina and D Struja Ltd Bijeljina.

The campus is intended to accommodate workers during the construction of the thermal power plant, and also employees of the plant later on.

The total surface area of the campus is over 3000 m2 of space adequate for accommodation, living and work activities.
